AGM papers have been distributed to Society members today. These include the formal notification from our Hon Secretary confirming the date and time of the meeting: Friday 18th June at 7.30 pm (as previously publicised in the spring Newsletter), as well as supporting papers such as our annual accounts for the past two years.
As we take this small step back to some form of normality, we invite members to consider whom they wish to nominate and elect to serve them as officers and trustees for the year ahead, and respectfully remind you that in accordance with our Constitution, nominations must be received by our Hon Secretary in advance of the meeting.
The meeting will take place via Zoom. Attendees are welcome to “join” the meeting from 7.15 pm – and to linger to chat after the official business if they wish. Most members will have received the notification via email complete with the necessary link to participate. Members who have not provided the Society with a means of email contact will have received their notification by post complete with details of how to participate.
