The Spring meeting of ANTAS – the Association of North Thames Amenity Societies which brings together our own Society with 20 other sister societies in Bucks, Herts and Oxford, took place in Potters Bar on 25th April. A delegation from our Society heard speaker, Charles Campion, talk about “Collaborative Planning” a process which aims to get whole communities actively participating in planning matters which affect them, not just responding to consultations. After the meeting delegates enjoyed a lunch and further opportunity to exchange views.

Pictured here is Society Member Eileen Walters with three delegates from other societies; and Society Chairman, Jackie Kay, talking with Freddie Gick from Civic Voice.
